1. General

galedorix.com is operated by galedorix.com LLC, EDRPOU 61979788, 45 Horodotska St, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine. Contact: contact@galedorix.com, +380 937 826 9990.

We act as an agent for tour operators registered in the Register of Tour Operators under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995. We are not a tour operator; therefore no tour operator registration number is displayed. We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability. Provide accurate info. Full payment required unless agreed otherwise. Prices include taxes unless stated.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary; provided at booking. Refunds within 14 days, subject to supplier terms. You have the right to dispute services and file complaints under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

4. Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid. We are not liable for force majeure.

5. Privacy and Data

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. By using the site, you consent to our Privacy Policy and cookie use. Cookies that process personal data require your consent.

6. Complaints and Disputes

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to Ukrainian courts.
